What comes in the box?

Your Flashies camera, a 16GB memory card (included with every camera), a charging cable, a carrying strap, a necklace and a clip for your keys or bag.

Does it take photos and videos?

Yes, both. Check your shots on the tiny screen on the back, then clip it back onto your keys.

How do I get my pics onto my phone or laptop?

Take the memory card out and use any card reader, or connect the camera to your computer with the included cable.

How do I charge it?

With the included cable. Plug it into any USB charger or your laptop.

Which colors are there?

Midnight, Cocoa, Matcha and Cloud. You can mix colors in a Duo or a Squad Pack.

Is there a discount for more than one camera?

Yes. From 2 cameras you get $5 off each camera, from 4 cameras $10 off each. It is applied automatically in your cart and works together with our holiday code.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by November 30 and it arrives before Christmas. Orders after that may still make it, but we cannot promise it.

Is it a good gift?

That is what most people buy it for. It fits in a stocking, works for teens and adults, and a Squad Pack covers the whole friend group.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free. We process your order in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 6 to 14 business days. In total, most orders arrive within about 7 to 17 business days. Your camera ships from our fulfillment partner in China on battery-approved lines, which is why it takes a little longer.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. The first tracking update can take 3 to 5 business days to appear. If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your package has not arrived within 30 business days after shipping, contact us and we will reship or refund your order.

My camera arrived defective or damaged. What now?

Email theflashies.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or refund that camera. You do not need to send anything back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay for the return shipping.

I received the wrong design. What can I do?

Email theflashies.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the camera you received. We will send you the right design for free or refund that camera. You can keep the wrong one unless we ask you to return it at our cost.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as your order has not been processed yet. Email theflashies.shop@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. After that, all sales are final, so we cannot change, cancel or refund the order unless the camera arrives defective, damaged or in the wrong design.

Where do you ship?

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO military addresses, US territories or outside the United States.
