How long does shipping to the US take?
Shipping to the US is free and tracked, and your camera arrives in 4 to 7 days. Every order leaves our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days, and you get a tracking link by email once it ships. Add priority processing for $1.99 and your order goes to our warehouse the same day. Details are in our shipping policy.
What is shipping protection?
For $2.99 per order we cover your package if it gets lost, stolen or arrives damaged. Message us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we reship your order or refund you in full. It is preselected in your cart, and you can uncheck it there. Details are in our shipping policy.
Does it need batteries?
No batteries needed. The Mini has a built-in rechargeable battery. Charge it with the included cable from any USB charger or your laptop, and give it a full charge before your first shoot.
How many photos does it hold?
Every Mini comes with a free 16GB memory card for your photos and videos. How much fits depends on what you shoot, and it holds a lot of nights out. Check your shots on the tiny screen on the back, and when the card is full, copy everything off with the included cable and keep shooting.
How do I get my photos onto my phone?
Take the memory card out and use any card reader, or connect the Mini to your computer with the included cable and copy everything over.

Can I mix colors in the Duo or Squad Pack?
